RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be given for any items returned to us in the same condition they were sent out. Single cards are protected in the sleeves with a tape that must not be broken if you are intending to return, this is to prevent any foul play. Return postage must be paid for by the customer and our P&P charges will not be refunded.
Cancelation Policy:
If you would like to cancel an order use the contact form or email sarahsshinies@gmail.com with your order number and we will cancel this for you. If your items have been dispatched already then you may simply return your item in accordance to our Returns Policy.

Standard Shipping:
Orders between 0kg-2kg are £2.99 shipping.
Orders between 2kg-5kg are £9.99.
Orders between 5kg-10kg are £22.75
Orders between 10kg-21kg are £33.75
Orders 21kg and up are £72.42.
All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail as standard, anything over £320 is sent special delivery.
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.

Orders between 0kg-2kg are £3.99 shipping.
